Corri Ferdman rejuvenates, energizes, empowers and teaches you how
to deal with your stressors as you learn about Mindfulness & the Power of
Living in the Present Moment.
Mindfulness focuses on enhancing
important life skills such as reducing self destructive/negative thoughts,
behaviors and feelings. Corri coaches participants how to utilize coping mechanisms to reinforce new positive
cognitive and behavioral skills in order to keep one's life healthy, balanced and in the
Corri's interactive presentations include stress and its negative impact on the body, ways in which you "get
stuck," how you might be chipping away at your self-esteem/confidence and much more.
Corri teaches numerous tools so that participants can calmly deal with issues
that arise providing positive energy and strength for one's mind, body and
Corri presents a brief overview of the four DBT components and focuses on the
emotional and physical benefits of MINDFULNESS. Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, staying calm and focused in the present moment, without judgements. This increases one’s awareness, clarity and acceptance of our present-moment reality while relieving stress.
Know the difference between mindless and mindfulness responses. Instead of focusing on
something bad from your past or worrying about something in the future, participants learn various breathing and other techniques so they can enjoy life by
being more aware of their present moment-to-moment experiences.
Corri wants participants to bring this wonderfully relaxing and positive Heartland
experience home with them and therefore provides materials so that participants can continue to live happily and peacefully in the present moment!
